National Rural Livelihood Mission Country India Prime Minister(s) Dr.Manmohan Singh Launched June 2011 National Rural Livelihood Mission (NRLM) is a poverty alleviation project implemented by Ministry of Rural Development, Government of India. This scheme is focused on promoting self-employment and organization of rural poor. The basic idea behind this programme is to organize the poor into SHG (Self Help Groups) groups and make them capable for self-employment. In 1999 after restructuring Integrated Rural Development Programme(IRDP), Ministry of Rural Development (MoRD) launched Swarnajayanti Grameen Swarojgar Yojana (SGSY) to focus on promoting self-employment among rural poor.
Manipur State Rural Livelihoods Mission (MSRLM) has released notification for filling up 147 vacancies for the post of Cluster Coordinator, DEO, Accountant, Manager & Various Posts.
Selection Process will be based on Written Exam/Interview.

Chief Operating Officer (COO) – Post Graduate in Management/ Rural Development/ Agri & allied/ Forestry/ Social Work from recognized University with at least 10 years of experience in rural development at various levels including field level and managerial level.
State Mission Manager (Human Resource) – Post Graduate in Management in HR/MBA (HR)/M.Com (HR) from a recognized University/ Institute having at least 5 years of experience in a social/ community development sector
Mission Executive Human Resource (ME-HR) – Post Graduate in Management in HR/MBA (HR)/M.Com (HR) from a recognized University/ Institute having at least 3 years of experience in social I community development sector.
Mission Executive Financial Management (ME-FM) – Post Graduate in Management (Finance)/ MBA (Finance)/ M.Com I CA from a recognized University/Institute at least 6 months certificate course in computer Application and knowledge of Tally ERP with 3 years of relevant experience of handling financial management in an organisation.
Mission Executive Monitoring & Evaluation – Management Information System (M&EMIS) – Postgraduate in Management/MBA/ MCA/ M.Sc (IT)/ M.Sc (Computer Science) I Social I Science or relevant themes from a recognized University/ Institute with a diploma in computer applications with 3 years of relevant experience.
Mission Executive Financial Inclusion (MEFl) – Post Graduate in Management/ MBA/ M.Com/ CA from a recognized University/Institute with 3 years of relevant experience. A banker with two years’ experience as Branch manager may apply. Fresher from reputed management institute may apply.
Mission Executive Institution Building and Capacity Building (ME- (IB/CB} – Post Graduate in Management/MSW/ Social/ Science from a recognized University/ Institute with 3 years of relevant experience.
Mission Executive Farm (ME Farm) – Post Graduate in Agri & allied/ Forestry/Animal Husbandry from a recognized with 3 years of relevant experience of working in livelihoods sector.
Mission Executive Nonfarm (ME-Non Farm) – Post Graduate in Agri & Allied/ Forestry, Veterinary & animal husbandry/ Fishery/ MBA from a recognized University/ Institute with 3 years of relevant experience of working in rural marketing, Producers’ group, value chain analysis.
Mission Executive (Skills) – Postgraduate in Management/ Social Work/ Development Studies or equivalent from recognized university/Institution with at least 3 years of experience.
Mission Executive Skills- (Finance and Proposal examination) – Post graduate in Commerce/ Management/ ICWAl/CA or equivalent from recognized University or an Institute. 3+ years’ experience in Project Appraisal.
Mission Executive-Skills (Monitoring and Evaluation) – Postgraduate Degree or equivalent preferably in the development Arena, such as Social Work, Development studies, rural development/ Management, Economics, agriculture, agribusiness, Information technology from any recognizes university.
Mission Executive Skills (IB / CB) – Postgraduate Degree or Diploma in Management/ Social Work/ Development Studies or equivalent from recognized University/ PG Diploma in Rural Development Management from a reputed university.
State Mission Assistant – Skills – Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University with certified knowledge of Computer applications. Candidates with work experience of at least 5 years in the organized sector at a similar level will be preferred.
District Mission Manager (DMM) – Post Graduate Degree in Social Work/ Rural Development/ Development Studies/Agro Economics/ Agriculture from a recognized University/ PG Diploma in ROM from nationally reputed Institution with minimum 4 years of experience in the Social/ Community Development Sector.
District Coordinator (DC -FI) – Post Graduate in Commerce/ Financial Management/ Rural Development/ Management/ Development Studies from recognized University with 2 years of relevant experience.
District Coordinator- L (Farm and Non- Farm) – Post Graduate in Agri & Allied / Veterinary & Animal Husbandry/ Fishery/ Forestry/ MBA Marketing from a recognized University with 2 years of relevant experience.
District Coordinator (IB/CB) – Post Graduate in Management/MSW/ Social/ Science/ sociology/ economics or relevant subjects from a recognized University/ Institute with 3 years of relevant experience.
District Coordinator (Skills) – Postgraduate in Management/ Social Work Development Studies or equivalent from recognized university Institution with at least 2 years of experience.
District Account Assistant & MIS Assistant – Graduate Degree in Commerce from any recognized University with at least 6 months certificate course in computer Application and knowledge of Tally ERP. 3 years of experience in the relevant field is the requisite requirement.
Block Mission Manager (BMM) – Post Graduate in Social work /Rural Development /Development Studies/ Dairy/ Agro Economics I Agriculture or relevant subjects from recognized University/ with minimum 2 years’ experience in community development projects.
Cluster Coordinator (CC) – Any Graduate with minimum two-year experience in SHG formation and its capacity building OR 10+2 with field experience of more than 3 years (from within Community).
Block Coordinator (Skills) – Any Graduate from recognized University OR 10+2 with relevant field experience of more than 3 years (from within Community).
Block Mission Accountant – Graduate in Commerce from recognized University with knowledge in computer application and Tally latest version. Candidate having 3 years experiences will be preferred.
Data Entry Operator (DEO) – Graduate in Computer Application, B.Sc. (Computer Science/ IT) from any recognized University or PGDCA from recognized University/ Institute. Prior experience in a related field is preferred. For more details Read Official Notification.
